From the Airport
Transport. From Incheon International Airport you can take the AREX (Airport Railroad Express) – the Express train reaches Seoul Station in about 43 minutes for ≈9,500 KRW, while the all‑stop service takes around 56 minutes and costs ≈4,750 KRW. Airport limousine buses (e.g., routes 6001, 6015) run to major districts in 60‑80 minutes for about 15,000 KRW. Uber does not operate in South Korea, but the local rideshare/taxi app Kakao T (KakaoTaxi) and regular taxis are readily available at the airport.
Once You're There
Transport. Seoul’s metro system (Lines 1‑9, the Airport Railroad, and the Shinbundang line) covers the city efficiently and is the fastest way to travel, with stations every few kilometres. The central areas such as Myeong‑dong, Insadong and Hong dae are very walkable, while longer trips are commonly booked through Kakao T.
